For Open Data Workshop 2023, we are encouraging participants to host or join “Study Hubs” to work through the tutorials and data challenges together.
Study Hubs can be organized by the GWODW mentors or also by participants who would like to work on the tutorials and notebooks together.
If you would like to host a Study Hub, we encourage you to advertise it here. Please reply to this post, and include information people will need to join your hub. Please include:

We are organizing a study hub in London (UK) at the Institute of Physics and the Royal Astronomical Society
Study Hub location and time: The sessions will take place between 10 am and 1 pm split between two locations:

We are organising a study hub at the IP2I in Lyon (France).
Study Hub location and time: The study hub will be in IP2I Lyon, DOUA University Campus, 4 rue Enrico Fermi 69622 Villeurbanne. We will welcome you on May 15, 16 and 17, from 9:30AM to 3:30PM local time.

We (KGWG) are organizing a study hub at Seoul National University with the support of the center for the Gravitational-wave Universe (GWUniverse).
Study Hub location and time : Building #19, Room #210, Seoul National University. 13:00-18:00 KST (04:00-09:00 UTC) on May 15th-17th.

Any other information relevant to the participants, e.g. COVID protocols. : According to South Korea’s latest COVID-19 protocol, wearing a mask is not compulsory, but should be followed by the government regulations in case of problems.
