Hello, I am a graduate student.I was wondering if LIGO had detected a gravitational wave event on February 6th of this year, and I heard about it from somewhere else, because it’s probably non-public data, so I’m very sorry. If I may, I would like to know the galactic celestial coordinates of this event. Thank you very much.

The LVK collaboration shares alerts for potential discoveries almost immediately after detection through its public alert system. You can read more about it and how to join on that page. The detections can be later confirmed and added to the GWTC catalog or rejected, so it’s not the final word on it.
There is also the GraceDB website with restricted access for members of the collaboration, that has information on recent detections.
Having said that, on the particular detection you mention, I found this article on the topic. (I haven’t fully read it myself yet.)
