Advice for publishing unfruitful results in a novel method of noise cleaning

Hello everyone,
After 5 months , I finally concluded one of the studies I was doing on the noise cleaning. Without going into the specifics, I created an omicron triggers dataset, built an AI model, tuned its parameters and downscaled the model in complexity to compare results.

Unfortunately, it did not yield results after extensive hyperparameter tuning for weeks now. I have come to the conclusion that this sub-domain of AI models cannot be used to characterize the transient noise.

Now, while this is fine as I do understand that outcomes of research might be fruitful at times but also not at others, I want to know if I should publish the results and my work in the study on Arxiv or other non-journal site.

While the results were not fruitful, along the way I did find many new ways of optimizing data processing through trial and error of different methods and also the model I designed is unique in nature in general but absolutely so in GW analysis.

I apologize if this sounds a bit vague. Due to confidentiality concerns, I’m refraining from sharing exact details.
