Can I create tags (and if so how)?

Or is this something we can/should to blessed power users only to avoid metadata garbage? (Maybe yes?)

Apparently, discourse automatically gives all users a “trust” score. As an admin, I can set the trust level at which people are allowed to create new tags. Currently, new tags can be created at trust level 3 (“Regulars”), which is a pretty high ranking.

If you keep reading and posting on this board, you will achieve Level 3, and can create new tags.

We could tighten up the rules, but this seems like an OK policy to me.
