Does Bilby need the PSD to be set up?

I am working on the last part of the Data Challenge. According to the hints to get us started, we initialise the Bilby sampler with a given set of initialisations. But I don’t see the initialisation of the PSD which is done with in Tutorial 3.2 before running the Bilby sampler. My question is: Don’t we need to do something similar in this case? If so, how do we load the PSD into the Bilby sampler?
