Hello,

I am following the tutorials from the workshop #5. In one of the tutorials of day 3, I am using the command ‘merger’ of pycbc.catalog. I noticed that the command works only for events of catalog gwtc-1. Is this because this command works only for educational purposes?

The reason I ask this is because I am trying to obtain the mass estimation for m1, m2 via pycbc inference tools as shown in the tutorials, for events from gwtc-2 and gwtc-3.

Hello Isabel,

I think it should work for all catalogs.
Can you show the code you used for gwtc-1 and the one you trying to use for gwtc-2 and 3?
